Measure around the base of your neck
Chest
Measure just under your arms & across your shoulder blades & level across the fullest part of your chest.
Inseam
Measure pants that fit you well. Lay them flat with the front & back creases smooth. Measure the inside seam from the crotch to the bottom hem. If your measurements fall between a size, buy the larger size.
